Bill in Oklahoma defines vapor different from tobacco smoke.

A bill which is currently being voted on in Oklahoma,  SB 1892 defines vaping products in a different category then tobacco. Which allows them to be sold by more locations, and keeps them sheltered from high tax. Following SB1602 which bans minors from buying vaping products. I consider this a huge win for the vaping community. Even though Oklahoma has never been known to be a trendsetter.

Of course it is easier for states that still allow smoking in most public places to set up these rules. It is still nice to see some legislation realizing the difference between smoking and vaping and taking the time to define it out.
